Your balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to your departure. The due date and the amount will be displayed on your Booking Confirmation. We do not automatically deduct the balance payment from your card or send a reminder, so please add the due date to your diary. To further improve our service and efficiency, we are currently working on an integrated balance payment system via our website. In the meantime, please telephone the Call Centre on 020 3150 1706, quoting your reference number. Debit or Credit cards (except American Express) can be used with no fee. We will then email you your travel document, which is all you need for your flights, transfers and hotel, together with other useful information regarding your travel arrangements.
